Archiving & Unarchiving A Client Chart

  1. Search the client's name and click the grey gear located to the right in the 'Settings' column.
  2. Under the 'Archived' section, you can see the options to make the client 'Active' or 'Archived'. When the client is archived they will still be able to login to view their information. If you do not want them to be able to do this, you will need to turn sharing off in this same screen. 
  3. When you have finished making your changes, save the changes to update the client status.
