Online Archiving or Canceling My Service: Which should I do?

Does Maternity Neighborhood have an archival service? I would like to archive my charts with you. We offer archival subscriptions for 50% of your subscription costs over the past 12 months. If you switch to an archival subscription, you can continue making updates to current clients and we will continue to maintain copies of your care provider logins, records, back-ups and data storage. You can reactivate the account and move it into a subscription tier at any time. Please note: we automatically turn off sharing for all clients when a practice is archived; therefore, clients can no longer access their accounts or send you messages. If you need assistance making this type of transition, please contact support@maternityneighborhood.com

What happens to my charts if I cancel my Maternity Neighborhood account? If you stop using Maternity Neighborhood, you can easily use the Export feature to generate PDF's of your charts. These PDF files can be stored on your local desktop and/or printed.  Please follow whatever standards and processes meets your own practice standards. Maternity Neighborhood will automatically delete your account 60 days after your cancellation. We do not maintain records of cancelled accounts. 

How do I get my charts out of Maternity Neighborhood? It’s easy to get your charts out of Maternity Neighborhood anytime. Just create a PDF file of the client’s chart by using the Export feature on the bottom left of the client navigation panel. The PDF can be stored on a hard drive or DVD/CD.  As a practitioner, ultimately it is your responsibility to provide copies of client chart to anyone who requests them, even after canceling your service.  

How do I cancel my subscription? Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime by using the “Cancel” feature on the account settings page or contacting support@maternityneighborhood.com. Once you cancel you will not be able to access your charts or uploaded files or any other information to them. Again, Maternity Neighborhood will automatically delete your account 60 days after your cancellation.

After canceling, what if I need access to my charts again? Maternity Neighborhood does not retain your account and client data after 60 days of your cancellation date.
