Care Guide Libraries: Viewing Libraries Assigned to A Client, Filtering, Reviewing Auto-Send

Viewing Resources Assigned to a Client

  1.  Since providers can’t see the client’s Library when accessing their chart, the provider can see what Library content the client has access to by going to the client’s Settings tile and clicking on “View Library.”  This will take the provider to the practice’s library, filtered on the resources currently assigned to the client.

Clicking “View library” will take you here:

2. Viewing the auto-send schedule

The provider can click on “View autosend schedule” from the client’s Settings tile to see the autosend schedule filtered on just the assigned resources scheduled to be autosent for that client.

Clicking “View autosend schedule” will take you here:

In the above screenshot, note the “VBAC” label.  This label indicates which Library or Libraries the resource is assigned.  A resource may be assigned to one or more Libraries, see screenshot below too.

Providers viewing the Resources tab in the practice navigation will now see a “Libraries” filter on the right panel.  This is a multi-pick list so you can see which resources are assigned to which Libraries.

Attaching a Library to a message or message comment.  Providers who are resource senders can attach a single resource or a single Library in a message/message comment to a client, or when sending a practice-level message.

Filter the autosend schedule by Library.  When a provider is viewing the Library Autosend Schedule, a “Filter” button will appear at the top right.

Clicking “Filter” will open a new dialog presenting all of the active Libraries.  You may select one or more Libraries, then click “Close” to see the autosend schedule with those filters applied.  If no filters are selected, all Libraries will be displayed.  Anytime you navigate away from the Library Autosend, the filter will be reset to the default (show all, no filters applied).
