Scheduler: Setting up group events

Scheduling group events such as birth preparation classes or clinical group prenatal appointments is currently in the Scheduler, however the client notification portion is not available yet. It is possible to schedule events with any combination of providers to block off their schedules. That way no individual appointments will be scheduled at that time accidentally. You can add a new event by going to Schedule in the top right-hand menu and clicking on New Event.

To notify clients, we recommend messaging clients individually or creating an event in another program such as Google Calendar.
