Quest eLabs - Reviewing a Lab and Giving Your Client Access to Their Report

Changes to Quest eLabs notifications and review:

Practice Inbox- In your practice inbox, there is a new column called “reviewed”.

●      New column “Reviewed”

○      Yes/No

The Reviewed status is now one of the filtering options (in the upper right corner of the screenshot above)

●      Filters

○      All

○      Archived

○      Filed and Reviewed

○      Filed and Not Reviewed

○      Not Filed (Default)

When looking at a lab, there is now a “review” workflow:

●      New “Review” panel to the right of result

When looking at a client chart, labs will have a new reviewed column:

●      “Reviewed” column on the right

Gestational Age

●      We added the GA to the client lab view (see above)

●      Also add the GA to the Collected date

To make the lab report viewable for your client:

  • Go to the customer's overview page
  • Select Files from the left-hand side
  • Select "Edit" from the arrow drop-down by the report you wish to share
  • De-select "Make only visible to our practice"
  • Once you've done that, your client(s) will be able to view their labs via the Tests tab or the Activity tab
