Entering Historical Data for Past Clients

Although we don't currently offer an import feature, you're welcome to add all of your historical data manually. You'll want to be careful about the maternity episode dates -- we count episodes towards your annual subscription based on actual pregnancy start date rather the date you add the pregnancy, so if you're wanting to enter a client's pregnancy episode from 2017, for example, you'd enter the start date as 2017 so that it doesn't count towards your subscription limit.

If your previous EHR provided you with a PDF (or other file format) for each client, you can maintain that information in our system as an attachment.
