How to get integration started

For seamless integration of lab testing, it takes just a few minutes to request a Quest Diagnostics Interface for an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system through GetMyInterface

An interface can be requested by: 
  • Physician
  • Vendor
  • Internal (Quest)

Information required:

  • Quest client account number 
  • EHR Vendor/product name 
  • Practice contact information 
  • Request type: Primary = initial interface. Secondary = additional account added to existing primary.


Even if you already have a Quest account, you must complete the implementation request to connect your account to your Maternity Neighborhood portal.         

(Please note, We are known as "Journey Health dba Quilted Health" so be sure to request your integration with Quest Labs as such.)

                    How to Request an Interface

If you ARE an existing Quest Diagnostics client

It will be the same process as signing up for the first time with just one different step!
  • Click "Physicians"
  • Enter your account number and zip code

  • If entered correctly, your account information will pop up and Quest will ask if the information they have gathered from the info you entered is correct.

  • Next "About you" will show an option to choose your role
  • Please enter your information for the Physician, Practice, and Office contact. (All information must be filled out before moving forward)
  • For your Vendor please enter "Journey Health dba Quilted Health" and a drop box will show for you to select this option. The software name should automatically pop in as "Health Records"

  • if you have an IT person for contact that is from your office please provide information, if not please list "None" and provide a testing number as the phone number. (This is done as everything needs to be filled out before moving to the next page!)

  • Please fill out other details, as this will determine pricing. (Refer to "What happens after the process" for more information before submitting).

  • If you need additional accounts interfaced, please enter and verify them below (account addresses available on mouseover, click red x to remove accounts).
  • You have finished filling out your vendor information, next you will be taken to your Order Summary. Please confirm all of your information is correct before submitting. Once done click Submit and refer to what happens next in this document!
What happens after the process?

Quest Labs will reply with a Purchase Order Number. The integration costs no money for our part of it but this may vary with Quest based on your account type and the number of requisitions you perform with them. We encourage you to talk to Quest about that if you are concerned. After you send your email request through Get My Interface, please forward the confirmation email you receive back to us at support@maternityneighborhood.com.

The contact information you have provided on the form will be the contact information Quest will use to reach out to you, please allow Quest at least One Business day to reach out to you.

Quest will want to confirm your information for the integration and review how the process will work!
