Adding a Client

  1. While in your home screen, click the 'Add Client' button in the top-right of the window
  2. You will now see a window pop up where you can enter your client’s name, email, Care Team, pregnancy status and chart sharing options. You can add or remove anyone you want to be on this clients care team by typing in their name in the search bar and checking the boxes accordingly.

  3. If you choose to share the chart, you will see a text box appear where you can enter a customized message. This is what your client will see when they receive your welcome email. 

  4.  When you have completed the creation of your new client profile, you will be directed to the overview screen. Once the client has received your email and filled in the intake form, it will populate in their record for your review
