Setting Up Your Care Provider or Other User Profile

1. Once the owner of your account has added you as a user for the practice.  You will receive an email similar to the one below. Simply follow the highlighted link to begin creating your profile.
   
2. You will then need to create a new password. Please make sure it is unique and never share it with anyone else. 
3. After reading and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you will need to fill out your personal information. It is also recommended that you upload a photo for your Maternity Neighborhood profile using the 'Update' option next to the photograph silhouette

   

4. Finally, you will be directed to your home screen. This is where all of your clients will be listed. You will access your navigation menu from here, which can be found in the top left corner. Click the icon with 3 horizontal lines to expand the menu
