Resending an Invitation

Resending an invitation can be done at the Practice level as long as the client has NOT activated their account by setting a password. If they have activated their account and still need access to their profile, then you will need to send them directions on how to reset their password

  1. In your home screen, search the client's name. Click the gray gear located in the 'Settings' column to the right.
  2. If the client has NOT activated their account, there should be a green 'Resend invite' button located under the 'Sharing' settings. Click it.
  3. You can include a personal message to be included in the body of the welcome email in the screen that follows. Preview the invitation by clicking the green text below the text box.
  4. Click 'Resend' and your client will receive an email at the address they have associated with their account.
