Resending an Invitation
Resending an invitation can be done at the Practice level as long as the client has NOT activated their account by setting a password. If they have activated their account and still need access to their profile, then you will need to send them directions on how to reset their password.
- In your home screen, search the client's name. Click the gray gear located in the 'Settings' column to the right.
- If the client has NOT activated their account, there should be a green 'Resend invite' button located under the 'Sharing' settings. Click it.
- You can include a personal message to be included in the body of the welcome email in the screen that follows. Preview the invitation by clicking the green text below the text box.
- Click 'Resend' and your client will receive an email at the address they have associated with their account.
