eConsent - Including Educational Resources

You may find yourself in a position where there are certain educational topics that you would like to know your client has reviewed and understands. Our Care Guide tool makes this process much more efficient by providing the eConsent feature. This allows you to request, confirm, and record client receipt and acknowledgement all in one place. The typical steps to complete this action are outlined below:

  1. Click the 3 horizontal white lines in the top-left corner of the page, then click 'Resources'

  2. You will now see all of the Care Guide resources associated with your practice. Search for the appropriate resource using the search bar and filters to the right, and then click the green envelope on the resource.

  3. Type the name of the client you would like to send this resource to, then click 'Select.'
  4. You will now be taken to the new message screen. Fill in the title and body of the message accordingly.

  5. After entering the title and body of the message, you will see a section labeled 'Request signature?'. Here you will choose whether you would like to have the client consent/decline or sign with a signature only. You can also choose whether you would like this message to be private.

  6. If there are other Care Providers or Users that you would like to be notified of any comments made, you can add them as subscribers by clicking on View/Change and then typing their name in the field pictured below.

  7. Click send when you are satisfied with the message you have created.
