eConsent - Editing a Message or signature request

  1. Search the client's name and click into their profile. Click 'Messages' in the menu to the left. 

  2. You will see all of the messages between you and the client. If needed, you can search the list of messages by typing either the author's name or the subject of the message in the search bar to the top-right. Click the appropriate message.
  3. In the window that pops up, click the green box with an arrow (found in the upper right-hand corner), and select 'Edit'. (This option will not appear if you requested a signature and the client has already signed the message as per your request.)
  4. You can now edit the part of the message you would like to change. This includes the eConsent feature and the subscriber list.

  5. When you have made all of the necessary edits, click 'Edit & Save' to save your changes.
