How to View Activities in Your Chart

1. Viewing your actions in your chart over the course of your pregnancy can be done by clicking the 'Activity' tile to the left of your screen.
   

   

2. You will now see all interactions between you and your Care Provider along with the date and time that these actions took place.

   

3. Your activity can be seen in yellow to the right. Feel free to click any of these items to be taken directly to where it is in your chart.
