Deleting a Client Record

Maternity Neighborhood does not recommend deleting a chart unless there is absolutely no clinical information in it, or it is an exact duplicate of an existing chart. 

The ability to delete a record is limited to the Account Owner for security reasons, and to prevent accidental deletions (charts are impossible for us to retrieve once they have been deleted). 

If you need a particular chart deleted and you are not the account owner, please contact your account owner.    

  1. If you would like to delete a client's record, please be sure to have saved any information that has been entered into the chart that you would like to retain.  Once the information is saved elsewhere, search the client's name and click the grey gear located in the 'Settings' column  
  2. You should now be in the 'Settings' page of the client's profile. When you are ready to delete the record, click the red 'Delete Client' button at the bottom-right of the window

  3. You should see window pop up asking you to confirm this deletion. Click 'Yes, delete the client' and this client will be deleted
