Reports Options

A summary of all the Clients in the EHR can be downloaded in a short Export CSV on the dashboard, by category (Pregnant, Postpartum, GYN or ALL). (See CSV Export for more details.) 

Practice Managers and Analysts also may have access to other Practice-level reports in a Reports tab in the left-hand, Practice menu. These reports include an " Encounter Drafts report " which tracks any encounters left in draft format, not posted to the chart. 

Once downloaded to a computer, you can open these files using any spreadsheet application, including Numbers, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets. These reports are updated every two weeks (the two most recent are always shown) and will not reflect changes since the generated date. The information is ordered by Medical Record Number of the clients but can be reordered in your spreadsheet application.
