CSV Export for Practice Stats
Commonly, our practices want to report on an overview of their clients, in any given segment, to assist in building a report for MANA, AABC or other internal practice evaluation.
1. You can receive an overview export csv on any segment of clients you like: Prenatal, Postpartum, GYN or All. Start by selecting the segment of clients you would like to appear on your export.
2. Click the three dots, '...' to the right of 'Add Client' to Export a CSV for that segment of clients.
3. The export will open in whatever your default spreadsheet program is on your computer. This may include Numbers, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets. From there you may also copy/paste the information into any other spreadsheet or document as well.

Will it work with MANA Stats or AABC’s PDR? Full integration with each of these systems is going to take time on both sides as neither the PDR or MANA Stats currently can receive exported data from EHRs. Maternity Neighborhood is working with both organizations to explore improved data exchange. As a step in the right direction, each individual client has an export entitled 'Complete Care Summary'. This individual client-level report will also help you in gathering information for MANA Stats or the AABC PDR.
