Adding Files to a Client Chart

Please note that if you would like to notify another user of the file you are uploading, please upload it as an attachment to a message. See Related Articles for more information on Messaging. 

  1. After searching the client's name and entering their chart, click the 'Files' tab located in the menu to the left. 

  2. You can add a file to your client's chart by clicking the 'Add file' button in the top-right corner. 

  3. You will then choose a file by clicking the 'Choose File' button. Keep in mind that there is a 20MB limit to the size of the file. Feel free to write in a description in the space provided. If you would like it to only be visible to your practice and NOT to the client, check the box next to 'Make only visible to our practice.' Save changes. 
  4. You should now see the file listed. Clicking the arrow to the far-right will reveal more detail and gives you the option to delete the file.
  5. If the client has many files uploaded, they will be listed in the reverse chronological order that they were uploaded in and divided into pages. You can scroll to the next page by navigating to the bottom of the list.
