Deleting an Episode of Care
Deleting Episodes of Care is limited to Account Owners and Practice Managers. If you are not the account owner and do not have additional permissions, please contact your account owner to do the deletion.
- If you would like to delete an Episode of Care for a client, search the client's name and click into their profile. You should now be in the Overview section of their profile. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view their Episodes of Care.
- Please be sure that any information that has been added to this Episode of Care is manually entered into the appropriate place before proceeding any further. Once this is done, click 'Manage' to the right of this section.
- You will see that the Episode of Care you are currently viewing will have a black eye icon next to it. If you would like to select a different Episode of Care, click it and you will now see the black eye icon next to it.This selection will be deleted once you press the red 'Delete Episode' button.
- A window will pop up asking you to confirm whether or not you want to delete this Episode. If this is correct, click the red 'Yes, delete the episode' button and it will be deleted.
